While traveling to Ohio our caliper failed and brake started grinding metal on metal. Specialty Auto Care answered my call first thing Friday morning and was willing to fit us in. The place is extremely busy and we were grateful they had us in and out in 3 hours. Parts were arriving for repairs on multiple vehicles every 30 min it seemed while we waited. They worked on all sorts of vehicle types and treated all parties equal. Would highly recommend.

Specialty auto care Joliet. We have had problems with our vehicle, that others just couldn't seem to fix. They diagnosed our vehicle and began working on it quickly. Super friendly answered all my questions always super patient. Work was done a day quicker than estimated. Quality work and quality parts.

I used This company specialty Auto for my for my Business fleet account i found out they were using very cheap after market parts on my fleets. I took my Mercedes sprinter to Mercedes they discover that the parts was not authorize parts from Mercedes which cause vehicle not to perform the correct authorize parts which was place on the vehicle i was told the Specialty shop that they used Mercedes parts, i had to replace thousands of Dollars on parts and labor for Alternator, Knock sensor, Cooling system, tire rods, water pump which was suppose to be under warranty that just got done nine months ago. I brought the same sprinter back, spoke to Josh the manager I told him that cooling light and other factors the cooling was on it was over heating. He took a picture with his phone where he saw the link keep inn mind not a diagnostic. from that point he said it cost $2000 more i said never mind i will pick the vehicle. I told him that i did not used business again He was very rude. When I got there he would not release my vehicle, due to his emotion. I had to call the Police. He charge $250 for the pickup. I’ve been bringing my cars here for the past three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is always professional, honest, and reliable. They are wonderful! They rebuilt the suspension, brakes and installed a remanufactured transmission. The price was excellent. They went out of their way to make it painless. Very easy to work with. Whether routine or major repairs, they get the job done.

A very good friend of mine recommended Specialty auto a few years ago. They have done a exceptional well for me and my family. Very courteous and respectful. You can tell by there shop area and waiting area these guys ate professional. I can highly recommend them. Take you vehicle in and see what I mean.

Love Josh and his amazing team! They do amazing work. Definitely would recommend them! They are honest and reliable. They helped us with our truck a couple of times, anything from changing the brakes to fixing our suspension. 😀😀👍👍👍👍
